Ain't No Other Man (Soul X Reader) One-shot
You knew Soul since childhood. Soul grew up in a family of musicians. You grew up in a family known for making musicians famous. When you met Soul, he played a piece on the piano, describing the reflection of himself. It was dark and mysterious, just like Soul himself. It was then the two of you were thick as thieves.
He explained to you how many people compared himself to his older brother, Wes Evans. Wes is a master at the violin. All of them thought Soul was just as musically talented as Wes. Soul didn't like the comparison because he knew they were on different levels. Soul feels he could never be like Wes because he does not know what h

"These ones are absolutely beautiful, _____! The way they've been eroded over the years and have obtained this form is simply amazing, don't you think?"
You sighed a little, turning to look at the owner of the voice.
"Uh-huh. They’re pretty, Steven," you murmured softly, glancing at the stone in your boyfriend’s hands quickly, before meeting his gaze.
You and Steven had been dating for almost two years. You'd met when he had been travelling around Johto, and had travelled together for a brief time while you had been out on your Pokemon journey. Those few short weeks you were together was all it took for the young man to steal y
It was a cold Saturday afternoon, it had been raining and you were stuck inside. Your partner (Partner's name) went to the libary with Maka. (Partner's name) and Maka were both book worms, but of course(even though your not a book worm) Maka asked if you wanted to tag along but you declined. You didnt really like reading (unless it was manga). You sat on your bedroom floor in your black and (f/c) plaid pajama pants and a Breaking Benjarmin T-shirt. Your (h/c) hair was in a messy side braid with your gamer headset on. You sat on the ground with an x-box controler in your hands, staring at your TV. You were playing Call of Duty Ghost (of course

Pop pop pop, watch the motherfuckers drop.
Soul immediately knew who's note it was when he read it. And it wasn't because he'd seen the paper fall out of her notebook. ____ had been bullied pretty much her whole time at the DWMA. For two and a half years straight she barely ever heard one decent thing said about her. Soul and all his friends would try and drum up a conversation with her, but always failed. She was so distant towards them. Maka said she does that because she's afraid of getting close to someone because she doesn't want to be betrayed.
A cool guy like Soul usually wouldn't go after a loser like her. But she wasn't a
"So uncool."
Soul was currently with BlackStar and Kid in the hallway of his apartment. They were standing next to Maka's bedroom door, listening in on the conversation with the girls. Prom was in a few hours. Of course the boys were already prepared, but the girls were taking their time. Each girl got the full attention of all the others as to what to do for her hair, make up, dress, shoes, and everything in between. Currently, (Name) was sat on the bed in the skinny jeans and t-shirt she arrived in with her (style) hair hanging normally on her shoulders. She was the last one that needed to get ready. Blair was looking through the

Chapter one
~Your P.O.V~
I walked to my bus stop and waved at my friends. "Hey guys" I say. "Hey (y/n). What'd you get on number three for the homework Ms. Stiles gave us?" Asked jimmy. "Uh x=5.6 and y=17. Ugh do we have her today? I hate her she so annoying!" I say. "Don't think so I think I remember her saying she'll be absent for a whole month because she has to get surgery" says Mary. "Thank The Lord for her kidney transplant!" I say putting my hands up in the air and looking at the sky.

I just can't bring myself to do it.
I know, I knooow. I shouldn't be here right now. I shouldn't be eavesdropping on people when they were practicing. It totally isn't cool at all. But I just can't help myself. It's become a habit. A really bad, unshakable habit.
"(Best friend's name), I wanna skip basics today. How do you feel about just practicing soul resonance?"
I shifted my legs crisscross, listening to ____ and her weapon partner and best friend, (best friend's name) decide how they wanted to do practice today.
"If you want to, ____. I don't really mind."
The biggest and most anxious grin appeared on ____'s face and my heart skippe
